I joined a group on Flickr that challenges its members to create something "Every Day in May". Day one's challenge prompt was to paint/draw "Something Bubbly". Day Two was to portray "Your Favorite Sound". On day three we were to depict "Something That Gives You Joy". Wow! Turns out I could combine three days together in one little vignette sketch. I referenced a photo of my nephew's new baby, drew in some bubbles, imagined her laughing at them and pretty much had it all in a very quick little painting for my sketch journal.
